10-Position ST Duplex Fiber Optic Switch Offers Both Telnet and GUI Remote Control

Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, has just announced its new QuickSwitch Model 6212 ST Duplex 10-Position Fiber Optic Switch with Remote Control.  This IP Addressable network switch allows the user to switch one Common ST Duplex port to any one of ten ST Duplex, Multimode ports with the versatility of using either local front panel pushbutton access or remote GUI or Telnet commands.

Using cutting edge mirror technology, Model 6212 can support a gigabyte data rate while maintaining all fiber optic signals in fiber optic light transmission media.  This reliable switch is latching and will maintain its position and continue to pass data in the event of a power failure.  For further details, click here.
